The Board of the Goliad County Groundwater Conservation District meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at 118 S. Market St. in Goliad, TX. The Board operates under the Texas Open Meetings Act. All agenda are posted at the Goliad County Courthouse, at the District office and on the website 72 hours prior to the meeting. Some meetings are rescheduled to accomodate holiday closings.
