May we be responsible stewards of our natural resources.

 The Goliad Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors announces that there will be an election of directors for the District in November at the General Election.  The places up for election will are places 1,3,5, and 7.  The District is composed of 7 seven elected Directors, elected at large by place.

Board members are elected in even number of years at the November election to serve four-year terms.  In order to serve as a Director, you must be a registered voter residing in Goliad County, at least 18 years of age and be bondable. The District will accept applications for these places July 21, 2018 through August 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

UPDATE: The EPA hearing was held in Corpus Christi, TX on April 14, 2015. GCGCD Board Members and office staff were in attendance at both sessions.
